The information that you would put in your wedding website really is up to you. To make your website most useful to your guests, you would probably want to include not only information about your wedding events (schedule) but also for the guests that are traveling, possibly travel & accommodation information.  Websites can also include an online RSVP, a photo gallery, things to do and even a guest book page where your guests can leave you fun messages about your website and your wedding. With either custom or R2W website designs, we have some standard packages to help get the ball rolling, but really, the pages that you could have in your website is completely up to you.

WELL! This is quite simple, really. Wedding websites offer couples the opportunity to relay loads of information to their guests, regardless of how far they are traveling to be with you on your special day. It also provides a place for all friends and family, regardless of whether or not they can attend your wedding, to be included.

Depending on the kind of custom or R2W package you decide on and how many pages you want for your wedding website, it can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month to publish. We normally set up an initial meeting with you to introduce ourselves and to find out what kind of website you want. During this meeting we try to learn as much about you, your personality, your likes and your dislikes as we can. This helps us to incorporate you into the designs. Once you decide on the type of website you need, the time to completion will depend on how long it takes for you to approve the designs and how fast we can get the information for the website from you, including any pictures, registry lists, maps and schedule information. 

Blue skies & daisies will publish and host your wedding website for 1 year. We can, however host it for a longer or shorter period, if requested. When your website expiry date approaches, we do ask you if you'd like your website to run a little longer or if you'd like a copy of your website on CD for your memories.

Of course! We'd be more than happy to register your own personal wedding website address for a full year (as long as it's available) and host it with your website. If you decide you want it longer, we can transfer both your website and your domain name to your own personal server.
