Destination Weddings for Dummies
(2007 Edition)
We don't always ask couples how they found out about us but when we do sometimes it's a big fun surprise. Recently we were told about a listing in the Dummies book for Destination Weddings. REALLY?! That was our reaction.
So Albertine picked up a copy and on page 39, there it was! "The following are among the best-known and most-reliable companies where you can sign up for a wedding Web site:" and our company is one of the six. Fantastic! |

Wedding Bells - Canada (spring/summer 2007; spring/summer 2008)
We are so very honoured to be featured twice now in the renowned National wedding magazine, Wedding Bells. We were first approached by the magazine to contribute some of our designs for the 2007 stationery feature and had great feedback from brides and others who had come across our work. Now with our second stationery feature, we are very excited about the wonderful relationship that has grown with everyone at Wedding Bells.

Confetti Magazine - Ireland (summer 2007)
This was a fantastic and wonderful surprise! We received an email from a lovely lady out in Ireland who wanted to feature us on her website ( www.confetti.ie ), which, of course, we said yes to and were so excited to have more of a presence in Europe. We had already designed a few invitations for couples in Ireland, which made it all the better to be featured on their website. However, not only did they list us on their website, but a few months later we heard AGAIN from Confetti, who told us that we were included in their magazine's summer 2007 issue and she was even kind enough to send us a copy. Awesome! |

Wild at Heart (airdate: April 2007)
Oh, Wild at Heart...where do we begin! Early 2006, when we were in the middle of our craziest wedding season, juggling our company, two part time jobs (Brina's being a quasai-full time job) and trying to balance everything with fulfilling lives, we realized that we need to do something--make changes--break the cycle or else we were done for. So! Enter Wild at Heart. Brina found a casting call for a-once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: to participate in an outdoor adventure show being filmed at one of the many provincial parks of BC. She filled out the form (to this day, I still don't know what she wrote), we were short-listed and by May of 2006, our bags were packed and we headed out for a 4-day canoe-camping adventure. And what about all the little details in between, you ask?
